As Controller with extensive experience running the finance backbone of companies, Alissa oversees full-cycle accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls to ensure robust financial health and compliance. She has also served as CFO and registered agent for her own entity, demonstrating entrepreneurial initiative and operational leadership. Earlier in her career, she built strong foundations in talent acquisition and HR/recruiting — giving her a unique blend of financial acumen, business-building experience, and people-centric leadership.
In her current capacity, Alissa leads the finance function, managing the month-end close process, budget management, cash flow oversight, and strategic financial planning. Heather Daggs is a Registered Nurse with a master's degree in nursing leadership and management. She transitioned into her career as a clinician working on a Cardiac Telemetry unit and also gained clinical experience working in Functional Medicine and Behavioral Health settings. Jeanelle is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC) with a strong foundation in internal medicine, primary care, and functional health. With nearly a decade of clinical experience—including roles at leading institutions such as Cedars-Sinai and UCLA—she has developed deep expertise in managing complex medical conditions across diverse populations.
