Watching his grandfather battle Alzheimer's exposed what happens when a family navigates a complex medical system without structured support — the confusion, fragmentation, and eroded dignity that follow when no one owns the whole picture. That became Legacy's founding conviction: this should never happen to another family.
Drawing on decades in healthcare operations, patient advocacy, and service design, Jason built Legacy into a nurse-led private care organization grounded in discipline and genuine human connection — a clinically rigorous model for families navigating high-acuity care, cognitive decline, and life transitions, with the discretion and precision the traditional system
