As a licensed HHA, we comply with California Health & Safety Code §1725 et seq., the Home Care Services Consumer Protection Act, and all applicable CDSS regulations. Client health information is further protected under the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA), Civil Code §56 et seq.
