Pre & Postnatal Care
Pregnancy, delivery, and the postpartum period represent some of the most significant physiological events in a person's life. For high-risk pregnancies and complex postpartum recoveries, gaps in monitoring, unrecognized warning signs, and the demands of early parenthood create real clinical vulnerability. Legacy Concierge provides RN-directed prenatal and postnatal care that brings skilled clinical oversight into the home — supporting both mother and newborn with precision, privacy, and genuine expertise.

Our nurses provide the consistent clinical monitoring and compassionate hands-on support that high-risk pregnancies and complex postpartum recoveries demand — protecting both mother and newborn through every phase of care.
Prenatal Monitoring & High-Risk Surveillance
Blood pressure monitoring, preeclampsia surveillance, and gestational diabetes oversight — providing the consistent clinical oversight that high-risk pregnancies require between obstetric appointments.
Postpartum Wound Assessment & Recovery Monitoring
Serial evaluation of cesarean and perineal repair sites alongside active monitoring for hemorrhage, infection, and hypertensive conditions that can develop days after delivery.
Newborn Assessment & Feeding Support
Consistent monitoring of newborn weight, feeding patterns, jaundice progression, and developmental milestones — alongside skilled breastfeeding support and lactation coordination.
Postpartum Mental Health Screening
Structured screening for postpartum depression and anxiety conditions that affect a significant percentage of new mothers, present subtly, and carry real clinical risk when unmanaged.

Understanding the Condition
The transition through pregnancy and into the postpartum period involves profound physiological change. These are the clinical realities that make skilled home-based oversight essential beyond routine obstetric appointments.

What our nurses watch for
The postpartum period carries clinical risks that are frequently underestimated. Our nurses monitor for signs of postpartum hemorrhage, wound infection, and hypertensive complications that can develop days after delivery. In newborns, we watch for feeding difficulties, excessive weight loss, jaundice progression, and any signs of respiratory distress. We also pay close attention to the emotional wellbeing of the mother — recognizing that postpartum depression and anxiety often present subtly and are routinely missed without consistent clinical contact. Families shouldn't have to wonder whether something is normal. That's what we're here for.
